The Rotary e-club of Utkrishta, is the 161st club to join the Rotary Family on the 28th of November 2021. This club comprises of 40+ experienced stalwarts and youth from different walks of life with a bouquet of experiences under their hats.
Utkrishta has embarked on a journey of slum development and zero hunger projects. To expand its reach, the club welcomes 100+ members in its fold as its first milestone. We have embarked on a journey of recognition via our club meet in South Asia for starters.
Utkrishta has a vision to expand its family by inducting at least 10 Rotaract and Interact Clubs in its fold, along with executing other CSR and community service initiatives. The larger our family, the more people we can impact with Excellence.

It is indeed my pleasure to be here amidst all of you and I am humbled and joyous at the same time. Mixed feelings, you see…
I am very honoured to accept the prestigious position of that of being the Rotary President of Rotary e-Club of Utkrishta for the year 2023-24. You have trusted me with a great responsibility, and I give my pledge that I will carry out my duties to the very best of my abilities.
“The goal is to restore hope — to help the world heal from destructive conflicts and, in turn, to help us achieve a lasting change for ourselves for the better,” as said by our RI President Gordon McInally at Rotary’s annual training event for incoming district governors. The 2023-24 presidential theme is “Create Hope in the World.”
With this theme, I look forward to utilizing my skills and competences to connect with the world. Over the next rotary year, I dedicate my efforts to strengthening existing relationships and friendship amongst all members of the club and the entire rotary fraternity as we connect with humanity.
As a club, we shall maintain the passion for Community Service, strive to promote rotary values, enhance the club’s visibility by implementing impactful projects with dedication, fun and humor. We shall continue in our efforts to connect with the new generation and increase our giving to TRF.
RC of Utkrishta will only grow from strength to strength. It is, however, important to remember that connections will not happen if we wait for some other person or some other time to take action. The world needs peace, the world needs hope. We are the ones the world has been waiting for to connect with each other. Our District Governor has encouraged us to roll our sleeves up and get down and connect with communities for improved service delivery. Pledges, intentions and promises alone are not sufficient. Let us hit the road and let this term be a memory etched in our minds and the minds of many around us as the year we went beyond our personal desires, comforts and egos and made a significant and lasting difference to people who look up to us for various reasons. Let it be that memory that makes us proud when we recall our journey in this world. Connection is what makes the experience of Rotary so very different; in Rotary, as none of us is an island… but all of us are here…. and together, we are an ocean.
As I conclude, I appreciate the confidence bestowed on me by members of Rotary E Club of Utkrishta by entrusting me with this honorable office to serve as the President during 2023/2024. I commit to serve to the best of my abilities and with the support from all the past presidents and members of the club, I will do my best. I will be happy to continue receiving words of wisdom, strategic guidance and support as well as constructive criticism to facilitate further development of our club.
